Calling all home educated eco-warriors, nature-nurturers and creative kids! Join me in the beautiful setting of Knepp for a White Stork Project mini safari and creative workshop.

This workshop is a joint workshop with Knepp Wildland Foundation to learn about The White Stork Project. Laura, the White Stork Project manager, will be joining us and taking us on a mini safari. We'll be venturing into an area not usually open to the public to learn about the white storks and their current migration adventures, as well as spotting some of Knepp's amazing wildlife.

After the mini safari we will head back to The Granary building in the Knepp Estate for some creative fun. We will be making white storks, or your favourite bird, from discarded fishing gear and materials found on Sussex beach cleans. This will be a relaxed creative workshop where you can work at your own pace, led by me or by your own imagination. Settle in for some glueing and sticking, explore textures and create a little character from trash that would have been thrown away. 

No experience needed and all equipment and materials provided, including a canvas for your masterpiece. Please feel free to bring your own clean and dry fishing gear, beach finds or materials that you would like to incorporate into your design.

Your confirmation email is your ticket and your name will be added to the list on the door. 

Ticket price includes the mini safari and creative workshop for one child. Accompanying adults don't need a ticket to attend but are more than welcome to buy additional tickets for themselves to join in the creative workshop. This is to ensure I bring enough canvas boards and supplies for everyone who wants to get making.
